NextgenAI Inc. (“we”) respects the privacy of users of Snagly (named Keepsy in Korean, Japanese and Chinese App Stores; the “App”). This policy explains what information the App handles, where it is stored, and your rights.

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Summary

• Snagly has no sign-up or login.
• Everything you save — links, notes, folders and stats — is stored only on your device. It is never sent to or stored on our servers.
• We do not collect information that identifies you (name, email, phone number, device identifiers, etc.).
• We do not track you for advertising (IDFA) and we never share or sell personal data.

1. Information stored on your device

To provide its features, the App stores the following inside your device's app storage only. We cannot access it.

• Links (URLs) you save and any caption text shared with them
• Link titles and preview images
• Folders and notes you create
• Public engagement stats of saved posts (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)
• Screenshots you explicitly choose (only when you choose them)
• Feature usage counters (e.g. number of saves) — kept on device, never transmitted

2. Information sent off your device

To show titles, previews and public stats for links you save, the App requests the link's public page or the services below directly from your device. Only the saved link address (or post ID) is sent — never your notes or folders. Requests do not pass through our servers.

Like any web request, these services may process connection data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
